PDX Quality Services provides commercial cleaning services to clients in the Portland, Oregon and surrounding areas. Our services may include but are not limited to:
- Floor care and maintenance
- Specialized floor cleaning services
- Pressure Washing
Booking and Payments
To book our services, you must provide accurate and complete information about your cleaning needs. We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine that we are unable to meet your requirements.
Payment for services rendered is due upon completion, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards and checks. Late payments may be subject to additional fees or interest charges.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and arrange an alternative appointment.
Client Responsibilities
As our client, you agree to:
- Provide access to the premises to be cleaned at the scheduled time.
- Notify us of any changes or special instructions regarding the cleaning service.
- Ensure the safety of our staff by removing any hazards or obstacles from the cleaning area.
- Inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or special requirements related to cleaning products or procedures.
Liability
While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure the quality and safety of our services, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of accidents, damages, or errors. We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from the use of our services, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on our part.
Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided on our website and in connection with our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of PDX Quality Services or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
